The Katmandu Rim trek takes you around the rims of the Katmandu valley. It is an easy hike to do with friend, groups or individuals and for that you need tents for camping. On first day we take you inside Katmandu valley. Next day we have professional tour guide for you and around the city give you an opportunity to see different temples and some of the local cuisine. The third day real hike experience is begins. You will see the Himalayas ranges and majestic Mt. Everest considered highest mountains the in the world.
On the sixth day of the hike you will be back to Kathmandu.

Katmandu Valley rim Trekking Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu/ Nepal/ transfer to hotel

Day 02: Sight-seeing of Kathmandu
Leave for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple Pashupatinath & the biggest Buddhist Stupa of Boudhanath. Also visit ancient Monkey Temples, Basantapur Durbar Square and visit Patan Durbar Square, fine city of fine arts,

Day 03: Kathmandu – Sundarijal - Chisopani (2194m)
We drive to Sundarijal by comfortable vehicle. Then gradually your hike begins towards uphill trail climbs steeply past shivapuri Natural Park, Tamang villages and on through rhododendron forest to Chisopani. From there you observe excellent views of the whole Himalayan range from Manaslu to Everest.

Day 04: Chisopani- Nagarkot (2,020m),
Chisopani from where super views of Himalayas, wonderful, Hills & sunrise/sunset views can be seen. Similarly, next day we continue along the way to Nagarkot offering you the best vantage point for mountains & sunrise views. This spot provides an excellent view of the sunset and Mt. Everest can be seen on a clear day.

Day 05: Nagarkot – Dhulikhel
We wake up early in the morning for spectacular dawn. Gradually you will visible peaks, Himalayas with red and yellows lightest from Kanchenjunga and Everest in the Far East of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in the West because of magic of sun.

Day 06: Dhulikhel – Kathmandu
Dhulikhel is one of the beautiful tourist spot of Nepal. Most popular for sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site of Namo Buddha. For centuries Namo Buddha has drawn pilgrims to the sacred spot where, according to legend, Lord Buddha sacrificed his own flesh to feed a starving tigress and her cubs. A carved stone slab depicts this Buddhist tale of selfless compassion and sacrifice. You will found a world’s tallest Shiva Status standing on sky. On day of 7th of your hike you will be back to Katmandu with personal vehicle refer by our company.

Day 07: Free day in Kathmandu for personal activities or join onward program you will get to see the Pokhara City tour/ One day Rafting or go on a two day safari Chitwan National Park through the jungle before ending the trip and heading back home with all your wonderful memories.
